We recieved a phone call on Thursday 9/14 for carpet cleanning service. We set up appointment for estimate on carpet cleanning service Saturday 9/16.Sales rep said they do carpets and air ducts, with a $385.00 special for both. We pay $100.00 cash deposit at that time. Salesman John Bielaga said owner wants cash because he is getting a divorace. Said we have to have the the services(carpet and air ducts) done within one week or special price is void. We schedule service to be done on Tuesday 9/19. We get the service techs here on tuesday but they can only do air ducts because their carpet equiptment is broken!! We had to pay balance now, minus $50.00 they say that is the cost of 3 rugs to be cleanned. They can't do rugs without equiptment. And I still have to find someone for the rug cleanning.
