DO NOT buy this product. It's a complete scam. I sent for a free trial and it has cost me $200 and the product is useless anyway. Apparently it's in the small print that when you sign up for the free sample you are buying a monthly dispatch at a rate of 10x the market value. They billed my credit card over $100.00 after I cancelled them. I called the number on the email they sent me and the person I talked with could hardly speak English and she kept repeating herself that my account had been closed. I want my money back. This is a scam. I did not authorize them to use my credit card for anything but the shipping and handling fee that I did agree to.I am embarrassed to say I fell for this hook, line and sinker. I ordered the "FREE" trial size "You only pay for shipping.

Respnse to James Dangos
AUTHOR: Ms. Halloway - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Monday, June 27, 2016
Dear James Dangos. Please accept our sincere apologies for any misunderstandings about our Trial Promotion and the Terms & Conditions. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information.
When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.
Our company does not ever refer to the trial products as free samples. The free trial is the period of time the cx has to try the product. A trial period. If the cx exceeds this trial period and no contact has been made our company to cancel, the cx is automatically enrolled to our monthly subscription program.
According to our records, you were refunded 60%, to which you accepted and were informed of the email confirmation that you would receive to confirm this.
Since the time your account was canceled, you have initiated a chargeback for the full charge. Because of the chargeback, we cannot issue you a credit at this time because you would then end up getting a credit twice for those purchases. Your account is cancelled and will not receive any future charges.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please contact our Customer Service Center and we would happy to answer any further questions you have regarding this.
Thank you.
