I am writinng to inform you about the false advertising practices of Whiteovernight.com I recently signed up for a free trial membership which turned out to be my signing up to pay 106.90 to this company. The company advertises its product as free trial membership with only the payment of shipping and handling to lure unsuspecting consumers like myself into signing up. The wording on the terms and conditions sinuate that one has up to 14 days to consider the autoship program when in the company representatives claim that the customer as no such choice. In addition, the product is non-refundable whether or not the package is opened. Thus, the whole concept of a free trial is an illusion, a trap.

In addition, only in the terms and condition is the information that the consumer is actually signing up to $106.90 (non-refundable) is available. This practice is very unethical and this company should be made to change its unsavory and lurid advertising practices.

Also, this company is listed on most websites that offer free gifts for signing up for certain offers. On these websites the information that is given to the consumer is that: "White overnightSign up for your trial of White Overnight today! Click here to complete the White overnight offer " (Earnfreegamingsystems.com). One such website, however, there are hundreds of websites carrying this very same information.

The company, Whiteovernight.com, must take responsibility for the way its being advertised if, in fact, as they claim, they don't offer free trials. The poignant word that leads many people to sign up for this product.
