I have ordered a free sample of their product on March 15th, 2006 and agreed to be charged for $3.95 (which I'm okay with). However, on March 21th, 2006, I have been charged $106.90.

Yes, it does say in their Terms & Conditions that I would automatically enroll and participate in the Auto-Ship program and within 14 days of placing my order, I would be billed $89.95 plus the $16.95 for the shipping and handling. However, implying that within 14 days means that I have 14 days to at least try the product, which by the way I have not even opened the plastic package that came to my house on the 17th (I have it with me to prove it), why on earth would I agree to pay the $106.90 when I haven't even tried it within the 14 days?

They are a fraudulent scam.
