Whiterspoon, Seymour And Robinson fake incorporation London Nationwide

Company Whiterspoon, Seymour and Robinson is a high tech scam. They claim to offer various services but actually everything is an illusion. They don't exist in any of the UK yellow books nor UK Public Gazette.
Other proofs are :

They are offering opening an offshore company in Singapore . Everyone can check on their site that companies incorporated in Singapore are exempt of any kind of taxation. This is absolutely incorrect.

According to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore :
With effect from 1st June 2003, tax exemption will be granted to all persons2 resident in Singapore on their specified foreign income received in Singapore on or
after 1st June 2003 provided that the following qualifying conditions are met:
a) in the year the income is received in Singapore, the headline tax rate (see paragraph 11) of the foreign jurisdiction from which the income is received is at least 15%; and
b) the specified foreign income has been subjected to tax (see paragraph 12)
in the foreign jurisdiction from which they were received.

Also they claim that Botswana is an offshore and it is tax exempt which is also not true. Botswana Non Resident Companies are those companies whose registered offices or places of incorporation are not in Botswana or which are managed and controlled from outside Botswana. Non resident companies pay tax at 25% of the taxable income.

Capital gain is included in the normal taxable income and therefore the rate of tax on capital gains is also 25%.
