If I could give zero, I would! This company is a complete scam. I ordered Lily of the Valley for a friend. They sent her an order OF DEAD FLOWERS and did not include the name of the sender, so she didn't know it was from me, so neither one of us could start a claims process on the same day of delivery.

 

I called the company and the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Horribly rude and just parroting "terms and conditions" and completely not willing to listen to anything, nor at all apologetic that I just spent close to $100 on dead flowers.  They apparently do not have any supervisors and no one you can talk to aside from their customer service reps who "report to each other."  I'm horribly disappointed in this company and even more in their customer service.  Please do yourself a favor and do not order anything from them. THEY SUCK BIG TIME !!!!!

 

Whole Blossoms should go out of business and let other PROFESSIONALS do the job.

In response to this review, we want to inform all our clients that the individual posting this review is not a client of the Company. We have no record of this person, order, or the issue reported.

The claim this person is making has several inconsistencies that prove this is a fake review.

First of all, its impossible for our Company to send an order without the sender information. The way orders ship must have a sender and recipient name, address, and phone number. This information is mandatory and is required by all carriers that ship product in the United States, Canada and the entire world. An order wouldn't even ship if it did not have this information.

Secondly, the nature of the way the Company does business does not allow any packages to include "special or customized notes" for the flowers sent. This review shows that the reviewer does not know the way how our business operates and is trying to portray their "order" as if this was a floral shop that sends flowers and ads special notes to the orders. All our clients know that their order cannot include special notes.

Third, all incoming and outgoing calls from the Company are recorded so we have proof that there is no record of the call to customer service that the reviewer is claiming to have made.

Fourth, the Lily of the Valley we sell does not cost $100. If there is an issue with a product like this one, we actually reship for delivery the following day.

Fifth, the names listed on this review are not connected to individuals in the operation related to clients which actually proves that the individual(s) posting this review have not spoken to our customer service team.

We want to let our customers know that we employ a dedicated team that works hard for your business and that we are always willing to help, answer product questions, discuss delivery considerations, and provide assistance with your orders at any time. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please speak to one of our dedicated representatives for further information.

Whole Blossoms commitment is to provide the best experience to our clients. However, we work with perishable products and for this reason to solve any complaint, it is necessary that our customers communicate immediately their inconvenience and send proof of damage so the Company can provide a prompt and timely solution.
