About a year after purchasing a Gaggia Titanium super-auto expresso machine from Whole Latte Love it ceased working properly. I sent it in for repairs. When it came back it worked fine for a while but the same problem happened. I sent it in again and, once again, the same problem happened.

I spoke with a rep. and asked if I could have them refurbish it and sell it as used. They told me they do not do that but they would service it again. Either Whole Latte Love technicians are incompetent or they do not test their repair work. In either case, the espresso maker has been a money pit and a huge waste of time.

I emplore anyone in the market for a coffee/espresso maker: DO NOT BUY FROM WHOLE LATTE LOVE !
