whole rewards went to the same presentation in fort lauderdale in 2014 spoke to same retired vet still fighting with the collection agency to cancell this scam that they are backing in my opening i think that is how this collection agencies are getting in new clients by backing scams so when the disappear there no one to go after and you are forced to pay for nothing. I went to a presentation in fort lauderdale in 2014 for this wholesale rewards joey a ritered vet did the presentation everything sounded good. Afrter 3 days we were supposed to receive a kit which we never got we tried to use the serves  come to find out it does not exist tried to cancell many times within 30 days like monterey  said an kept on getting the run around untill it was too late they did this on purpose so we will be forced to pay monterey collection for something we never received. told them many times it was scam kept on saying to return the letter of cancellation that we never got.We did not pay by credit card were to pay monthly but since they refused to help us to cancell this scam we refused to pay.We did try over and over to cancell in the 30 days like they said but all we got was the run around untill it was too late in my oppinion i think they were in on it too maybe as a way to bring in new business.
