Wholenutra advertises and sells several products, in my case Keragrow. They advertise on different sites you may visit that they are offering a free trial of their product. They indicate that this is a one time charge of $4.95 for shipping only and that if you dont like the product you simply dont order more. However, they DO have another website (which any company can have as many websites as they can make or pay for) and the website that they provide the bank when you file a dispute because they wont refund your money is the site that DOES say that this is a 14 day trial period that if you dont cancel they will charge you $87.47.
Many people MAY INFACT go to that website, however I did NOT. I didn't even know that they existed to go there. I was on a different website and there was an advertisment for KeraGrow. I clicked on it and it took me to a totally different site that did NOT have ANY disclosures whatsoever.
I called the customer service number and just like the other reports and complaints on them that I have read they refused to let me speak to a supervisor and the lady was sarcastic and vindictive. She indicated that I was neglagent and told me that we can go to the site together to "prove" that it states that this is a 14 day trial. The site she directed me to DID say that CLEARLY, however, this is NOT the site that I ordered from.

I purchased a bottle of keragrow for only $4.95 shipping and handling a one time fee. I read and understood the agreement which stated it was a one time fee. At no time did it say it was a 14 day trial and they were going to charge my card $87.47 after 14 days if not cancel. I also went into the website the company stated it was written before you pay. The actual website I purchased wasnt the same one. I believe this is a scam and they have two websites with different information.
