I received a flyer for $99.00 per person for a Disney Vacation. They offered 2 passes to "your choice of theme parks". This is not the case. You only get to choose between MGM Studios or DisneyWorld. I spent $630.00 for six people. After I tried to reserve my dates, that is when I found out the vaction is only for 2 adults.

I paid the "additional fees" in order to reserve my dates. My reservations were not made because I had a balance. The Disney World Vacation was paid for but because I owed a balance for the Bahamas trip, they refused to send me the Disney World package and they refused to refund me back the "additional fees" I paid. They said I was "already booked", but this is not true. I have an email from them stating differently.

Do not talk to them on the phone. Instead, use their web address, that way you will have something in writing. You can print off their responses. This company is fake. All they want is your money. Your vacation plans are not in their best interest. Please read the other complaints. They are all similar. I am a nurse and I would never want to scam anyone. I hope that a lawyer will see these complaints and take action. I would gladly testify. I kept all my information, including the flyer. The employees in customer service (some of them) are very rude. Use the online customer service. The representatives on the phone talk very fast and it is very hard for you to understand them.
