Wholesale Diamonds Incorporated Sam Martinez Running Ebay fraud and scam ogden, Utah

I bought a diamond ring from hobby_palace on Ebay in January. It was supposed to be 1.75 carats.  It took 3 weeks to get to me and when I had it checked by a jeweler, it weighed in about 1.15 carats.  I contacted the hobby_palace and was told to return it to Sam Martinez at Wholesale Diamonds Incorporated.  I did and never heard from Sam even after I called and emailed multiple times.  And since hobby_palace didnt accept paypal I had to file a claim with my credit card.  I still havent gotten my money back despite sending the tracking info to my credit card company.

Hobby_palace told me they were ripped off by Sam Martinez and Wholesale Diamonds Incporporated(WDI).  Hobby_palace sold for WDI, but WDI just pocketed all the money, leaving many customers with nothing or with diamonds that were much smaller and of lower quality than advertised. 

Right now Sam and WDi have LIVINGTHREADS selling for them.  If you see any diamonds "certified" by NSADG, do NOT buy them.  This is who supposedly appraises WDI's diamonds and they are a front for WDI.

I am out $1278 right now and hope Sam Martinez gets what he deserves!!
