My 29 year old son who lives in Largo bought a used car at Wholesale direct Auto Sales located on 9470 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33771.  This auto dealership has hurt several people by selling them lemon's.My son is a victim to this and lost a perfectly good working SUV and  traded to them for a 2000 Range Rover thinking he could upgrade this past June of this 2009. Immediately after driving off the lot with his new car the check engine light came on.  The truck started smoking and come to find out the car was over heating. We brought it back to the dealer and they said sorry you bought it as is. Well I made friends with the mechanic at the time who is no longer employed there and he stated my car was never checked or serviced and was bought at auction for ~2k+/-. I traded in my car and received ~$3200+/- and bought the Range Rover for ~11k+/- at 28% interest+/-. He also stated he was told to rig the cars so they will just be able to be drove off the lot. Other victims have stepped up.  Well to make a long story short I brought it back and I was carless for almost 2 weeks while they supposedly fixed the engine overheating so I could take a family trip to Wisconsin. The car just barely made it and engine overheated, electronic shocks are no longer operable and we got stuck up north with no car and had to fly home. The car still as of today is sitting in a auto repair place and cannot be fixed to even make it back here. I stopped paying the dealer and told him to tow it back and he can have it since he is also financing it. I have spent over ~5k +/- in repairs now, lost my last car worth at least ~5k, 4 airline tickets @ ~$200+/- per person, and have no car and out over ~$15,000+/- He is threatening me about paying him and his family is now with out a car. I worked very hard for the money for his first car as he traded it and only want to put a buyers warning for consumers and to be careful when dealing with this dealer ship. I am not doubting some people have had a good experience I am sure some have perhaps my son and 4 others just picked a cars from a bad litter.
