Wholesale Diva Waiting on refund, non-responsive!!! Foothill Ranch California

I ordered a purse from this company back in Nov 07. I got a confirmation of my order that day. I waited for 6 weeks and nothing came. I tried several times emailing the company to see what happened to my order and no one ever responded. So I wasn't sure what happened to my initial order. My thougths were that my credit card had expired, because the timing was close. So I reordered the purse again putting in the comment section to make sure I only receive 1 purse. I refered to my original order explaining what happend etc.

Well guess what happens I get 2 of the same purse. I was mad because I had attempted on several occasions to find out what happened to my first order. Then I thought I'd cover myself by stating in the comment section on the second order. Apparently no-one is paying attention to anything there. So I had to resend the second purse back costingme $13.70 is shipping. I asked for a refund and explained what happened and asking for them to pay for the shipping since the mistake was theri fault.

Well guess what I've not heard anything from them NOR have I gotten my refund yet!!! I can't get anyone there to answer the phone or return an email. I just so happened to come across this ripoff report today! Please whatever you do DO NOT order from this company! You will be sorry!
