Wholesale Furniture Club, Mattress Furniture Wholesale Scam artists Liars Paid by check made out to cash to divert paying taxes, missing furniture piece since January, they all cover up for each other. Where are the Florida Attorney Generals office, why are they not doing anything! Pompano Beach Florida

I purchased a complete bedroom set in January.Gave "Lou" a personal check for $1,100 made out to cash. He said that way I didn't have to pay taxes. Every week "Lou" would give me the runaround about a delivery date. When I said I wanted to cancel he told me he wasn't returning my money to take him to court.

It took him three weeks to deliver incomplete. I called him about the piece missing and he promised "he would deliver it himself as soon as the truck comes in. Don't worry, no problem you'll get soon sweety."

Every week I would call him and get the same story. Finally I decided to have a Lawyer send him a letter and give him till the end of April to deliver. Not a single contact from them.

I went by the store today and spoke with another salesman. I asked him about Lou and he said he wouldn't be in until the end of the week. I explained to him that I wanted my missing piece. He said he only worked there and didn't know anything to call Lou.

It just so happened that there was another customer sitting there who had paid in full a set of mattress since March and still waiting. I told her that there was a web site about them. The salesman was interested in knowing the web site. I told him that he just works there and doesn't need to know anything.

The other customer and I went outside and exchanged names and phone #'s. The salesman followed us shortly to watch us. They are truy scamers. Taking people's money, making promises they are not going to keep.

I think the company is under "Mattress Furniture Wholesale" and the possible owner's name is Robert Hall. We need to get these people NOW and stop them from ripping people off.
