Representative Mike contacted me from display number 1-971-245-0360. Offered service to get customers to my business on a month by month basis. Stated that he would send an e-mail immediately for me to get all of the contact information for the company and stated that he would be working directly with me. He has already secured the set-up fee and $200 for the first month service to be active by 1/18/14. Located name of busines via the display in my bank's online account display for the debit withdrawal. A day later there has been no e-mail response. If dialed, the 971-245-0360 does not reach a telephone to be answered. The trace of the number only places it in Beaverton OR, so it is apparently only use for outbound calls. Inbound number appears on the website for the company that debitted my account. If this is a valid business, they sure have started off with a display of poor customer service.

Since Wholesale Internet Solutions began in 2011, we have grown from 2 employees to 90 and have become Google Certified Partners and Facebook Studio Edge certified. As is common for many businesses who deal in the volume of clientele we deal with, sometimes there is a customer who feels their experience in doing business with us has been less than adequate. We address each of these on a case by case basis and have attempted to either reconcile with complaintants, credit them additional services, or refund them entirely.
In all fairness, we believe that most legitimate complaints by busineess owners are made via the BBB and though we opt not to pay BBB for membership, our B+ rating with BBB represents our diligence in providing honest and ethical service.
