Wholesale Merchant Processing, Inc. WMP WFP is a fraud to small businesses Beaverton Oregon

Wholesale Merchant Processing just charged our account $800.00 after we have closed the account for multiple years.  This company is a total fraud.  I hope there is a lawyer out there that can file a class suit action against them.  We reported them in the Better Business Bureau but the bureau has no power to reinforce anything.

Likely we had notified our bank and they blocked them. We were not so fortunate before. They charged our account previously about 1.5 years ago without notifying us.  This was 7 months after we closed the account with them.  We lost close to 1000 dollars because they refused to return it.  When we closed the account I asked their sales representative if closing the account will have any monitery consequesces, where there any fees that we will pay and they reassured me that they will not be. But 7 months after closing the account they decided to charge us all these fees. They never issued an invoice or notified us, they just took the money out of our account.  They were able to do it because we had signed a ACH permission when we did business with them.  If you ever done business with them make sure you bank knows to block them. While we did business with them we rarely had one monthly statement that arrived withour overcharges and mistakes.  We spend so much time asking for refunds every month that it made no sense continuing to do business with them. 

They seem to exist just to rip off small companies.
