First, when we signed the contract with Wholesale Payment Solutions, we were given the option to shop around and cancel services without any penalty. Wayne Daniels, merchant consultant with WPS, informed us that this arrangement included processing services and the new terminal. He was so confident of his commitment to offer lower prices and best customer service that he even promised to pay the cancellation fee of $250 with WPS in writing.
Second, WPS has not honored their commitment to meet or beat competitors pricing which was signed by Wayne Daniels in the contract. We believe that they purposely misled us in order to acquire our business. We are extremely disappointed with this company.
Finally, we were told that WPS would take care of all the cancellation paperwork regarding our account with the previous company, RBS Worldpay, but failed to do so.
