Wholesale Properties International LLC WPI Has not returned $7500. Has had the money for 2 years now and has not returned it as agreed. Charlotte North Carolina

I began working with WPI in February of 2014.  At the time I was having difficulty getting financing for a home and was looking into doing a lease purchase.  Over the course of several months I sent them $9,000. $1500 of it was to pay for help in repairing my credit and improving my score. The $7500 was to be for a 3.5% down payment.  It became apparent that a lease purchase was not going to work because they wanted more money down then I had.  Getting qualified for a FHA load was my best option.  This however would require another year before I could qualify. In November of last year I purchased a home without there assistance (because they were failing to produce any properties that I wanted to or could purchase).  I notified them that I wish to withdraw from there program and have my money returned.  I was told my request would take 60 to 90 day to processes.  It’s been over for months now and I have not received anything from them except excuses. Their BBB accreditation was revoke last year and their membership was one of deciding factors in me doing business with them in the first place. I’m afraid they have no intention of returning my money.
