Wholesale Tool FRAUDULENT SALES PRACTICES warren Michigan

Last month I placed an On Line order with Wholesale Tool WHO HAS NOW CHANGED WEBSITES AND ADDRESSES.. I placed an order for a bit less than $200, I got an invoice including shipping charges and WT did bill my Credit Card. Shortly after WT decided they wanted more money for shipping and I refused to pay it. Their terms indicate they can come back later and add shipping charges if required. That WOULD be OK if they would leave the invoice open and then only complete it and issue it AFTER the shipping charges are calculated.

They didnt do that. This is fraudulent. Once they issue an invoice THATS IT, we have an agreement. They cancelled the charges when I refused to be held hostage like this. The MI Attorney General weaseled out and refused to take action, no surprise. Also, "wholesale" is fraudulent, their merchandise is not sold wholesale. This is a common scam with retailers, to put the word wholesale in their name and ads and pretend the consumer is getting a deal.
