So in August I get a call from Marshall Choinski from Wholesale Truck and Finance offering to get me into a truck at a low down payment of $2500 that they will most happily match. I get to choose the make and model and they will hook me up with a company called Crossroads Transportation out of Carthage Mo and do everything in there power to get me going. So I find out my truck a 2007 Peterbilt 387 is in Dallas Tx and I need to go and pick it up and bring it to Crossroads in Carthage Mo when I arrive at the truck I find that 4 of the tires are nearly bald and when I step inside the truck it looked like a 1200lb gorrila had broke the top bunk off the wall the passenger seat armrest was on the floor and the mattress on the bottom bunk had been used as a trampoline by someone with dirty feet. There were some other cosmetic things also too many to name..I called Marshall who assured me that when I took the truck into Crossroads all those things would be repaired at THERE Expense before they would let me take the truck so I said ok that will work. I find out then that the Tri Pac APU had not been maintained nor would it work and it appeared as if someone had shoveled dirt into the interior of the unit again I was told that this would be repaired at THERE expense. So after spending nearly a week sitting in Joplin Mo some of the repairs had been completed but not all but they said they had to order the parts and told me to take some runs to start making money and when I cam eback they would finish fixing the remaining problems. Well I am going to California and on my way there the Tension arm pulley for the AC unit locks up and breaks the belt...$400 plus later in repairs it's fixed and I am on my way home. On the way back the acuator Valves in the engine cause problesm back to the shop there cleared. I get back to Carthahe and back to more repairs and then the brakes go on and Marshall says your not making any money you need to start running I said repairs NOT completed he said go so I did and in the last month I have pulled 8 loads for a grand toatl of $63 in my pocket and I have just been told I don't have any money to pay the truck payment and they are now going to charge me back for the Tri Pac repairs at close to $3000. I am now waiting for them to repo the truck and I am out $2500 that my mom lent to me and I will have to find someway of paying her back for....Thank You Wholesale Truck and Finance and Crossroads Trans..I hope you enjoy spending my money

I received information from Marshall that he was not the one that made the decisions concerning my situation and he has said that he was willing to get me a refund of my downpayment I made on the truck. So as of now I am satisfied with the outcome of this whole situation and hope that all the miscommunication between all parties have been resolved.
