Wholesale Warranties of San Diego fail to honor a warranty claim that was submitted on or about June 1, 2012. I purchased as an "Optional" coverage; Seals and Gasket and Sealing Boots. For a Motor Home Service Contract The claim for the "Seals as should be covered as outlined in the Optional Coverages section #34 on page 4 of 8. I purchased the "Performance Care" for $3368.00 on 8/12/2011 from jeff shelton owner of Wholesale Warranties located in San Diego, CA Request for the claim for repairs never honored!!

I’m sorry to hear you have had issues with a claim, and I would love the opportunity to address your situation. However, in an attempt to identify the specifics of your situation I have found that I do not have any sales for your provided dollar amount or warranty company for the time period listed, and thus cannot verify that you are in fact a customer of ours, or address any details of your complaint. At WholesaleWarranties.com we offer RV extended service contracts that we fully stand behind. Unfortunately, when problems do arise the key to making sure we are able to help you with smooth claims handling is to contact us as soon as you run into a problem. The claim you have discussed in your complaint occurred 18 months ago, and we were never notified of any problems, making it difficult for us to attempt to rectify an issue we were not made aware of, and that occurred so long ago. That being said, please give us a call so that we may confirm you are a customer of ours, and to provide us the opportunity to address your concerns, and make sure that you, as our customer, receive the treatment and resolution you deserve. I look forward to hearing from you.
