Wholesalediscs.com fraud, merchandise is crap, return policy bogus Ripoff Delhi New york

I went to the web site and they advertised about having cd's, dvd's that were new and top sellers. When I got them I knew only a few of the names on them. I even went and asked others about the people on the cd's and they did not know them or said that they were no good. The dvd's are not good quality. I counted them and found that they did not even send the right amount of them. I emailed them about the fact that for some cd's I got like 30 of the same ones others I got one. They said I should not have but could do nothing about it. When they sent me the ones I said I was missing I got more of the same crap even the one I already had 30 of I got more of.

I bought them to resell and I put them up for sale and because they were not of any band or person that anyone knew they did not sell. Even for a dollar a piece. There policy was that you had 14 days to tell them if you were not happy I did this but then it took them so long to respond that they said I could not return them. Even though I notified them in the time specified they refused to take them back to give me my money back. I figured I would not send them back because I probrably would not get my money back and then not even have anything for the over $1,000 I spent. Not that they are worth anything I still have them sitting in the boxes at my house collecting dust.

I have found that the website for them is not running anymore and I was looking to find out if someone had filed a class action lawsuit for them when I found this web site so. I hope they are not going underanother name and no one else gets ripped off.
