I thought it would be an excellent idea to get our friend Mike (a professional hockey player) a personalized bobblehead doll for his birthday on March 16. I ordered it on February 28 and paid 87.95 for the doll and 34.00 extra for "express processing" which should have meant delivery within 2-3 weeks. Well, my doll wasn't shipped until March 22 and had I not raised cane, they were going to ship it regular ground Fed Ex so I wouldn't have received it until March 27--4 weeks after I ordered it. They never did explain to me exactly what I was getting for that 34.00 express processing fee.
So, I managed to get them to change it to 2 day Fed Ex and received the doll on March 24. In spite of providing them with several photos of Mike (side view, front view and rear view), the doll looks absolutely nothing like him. I have contacted the company to let them know of my dissatisfacation with the entire process. Surprise, surprise--no response at all.
