you think your protected by the outrageous lease contract but believe me you are at their mercy. They set up automatic payments with your checking accounts and they keep taking money from you even after you made all your lease payments on time and then they rake you over the coals in order to buyout your items. when you look in your bank account and see that they withdrew you payment then two days later they take it out again. If you ask for your money back so your account will not be overdrawn they say no we don't do that but will give your account a credit! Then I make my last buyout payment thinking it's all over while waiting for them to send your receipt of ownership that they said takes 30 more days. I find the next month they take another payment from your checking account that you did not authorize. I call and ask them to return my money and am told they will put my name on some board on the wall for accounting and may take another 30 days.
