Why Not Lease it biggest rip off ever!!

I used the program to purchase a tv and stand for my home from K-mart. I was told by the k-mart employee the program is a lease to own and if you just make the payments it will be paid off in 6 months. This is absolutely not the case. I purchased 800.00 worth of goods and with the buyout agreement comes close to 1300.00 paid to this company. To compound the issue although they haven't had any trouble debiting the 130.00 per month payment toward the lease, the buyout payment is an issue for them to process for some reason.

I found out  later that the lease actually continues forever unless you do the buyout agreement. I contacted the company to do the buyout agreement which was 428.00 dollars or so, and told them to debit on wednesday. I get an email saying my payment was declined, I call to see what the issue is and they don't know, money is there but their system comes up declined. Oddly another 130.00 lease payment went through with no issue.

They try again the next day and tell me it declined again, at this point i'm angry as the money is and always was in the account. I ask for a manager after getting no where with the csr, the manager (Gabriel) proceeds to tell me the payment declined, and tells me I have to call my bank to allow the payment. Funny how all the lease payments go through with no issue, I also have several creditors who debit larger amounts with not issue, why not lease it only has this issue, and only on the buyout payment for some reason!!!

Keep in mind the lease payments will continue to be withdrawn on this nightmare agreement until the buyout is done. Why do I need to reach out to the bank, when the problem is on thier end? Why is the porblem only on the buyout? I told Gabrielle how I don't have this problem with any other creditors, in addition to having a snarky unempathetic demeanor, she also stated she has never heard of my bank and perhaps it's them, I have PNC bank by the way, one of the largerst banks in the country!!! I would tell anyone who is presented with this awful lease program to just plain not do it , it's not worth it, worst ripoff, and worse terms than rent-a-center. Save your money and buy your goods, this program sucks it big time!
