I purchased 2 sets of Iphone accessories from this company through KGB deals. It took weeks for them to arrive as they came from China and they didn't work. I contacted the company in June and they promptly replied and committed to replacing the items.

I'm STILL waiting. Theire 800 number is an answering machine and is NEVER answered. You can't get through on their website email contact sheet. I get an anti spam error.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. IF you get your item and IF it works there's no way to resolve issues or get a refund or replacement.
