I purchased a deal from Living Social for a make-up brush set from Widget Love. The purchase was in September 2012, it is now December 2012 and still have not received this item.

Same thing happened to me when I bought an iphone accessory kit through eversave in early september. i contacted both customer service centers and didn't even get a response from widgetlove.
I did however, contact my bank and disputed the charge. It depends on which bank you use, but if you explain the situation and offer your emails as proof you've made an effort to contact customer service, they may refund you.
