I bought the retrokids touch for my daughter sept 5 2012 it took the company 7 weeks to send the item..after sending them 7 emails, 10 phone calls and more angry emails..finally the item arrive..but the packaging was not secure at all..the back of the touch is crack...the item was not what it was describe and was not worth the money i spend
