I have lost 2 iPhones in 1 day to them and this has been confirmed by Apple that it is the case which shorts the USB port in your phone and leaves it unable to charge or connect to anything. You have to throw it away and get a new one and this is from just plugging it in one time to this case charger Internet

Hello!  Thank you for posting this report.  I ordered two charging cases from the Charging Depot Living Social deal on Dec 5.  I was expecting them before Christmas since I ordered them in advance.  I've been trying to reach the company and Living Social.  Having read your report, I've decided to cancel the order and request a refund.  Over the past 4 weeks I've tried to contact the company several times (since Christmas was coming and these were gifts) but they don't answer their phone and don't return phone calls (I was not able to leave a message most of the time because their mailbox was full - go figure).  Their email form online is defunct. I've complained to Living Social who have handled it (so far) poorly and defended the company.  I have now requested refunds for both chargers and shipping.  Will never order from this company again and have lost faith in Living Social deals considering that they didn't vet this company very well, or if they did, they aren't admitting their mistake now with the poor service and product quality this company has provided.  Greed rules!  Customer service suffers.  (Also, I posted this report to Living Social's Facebook page along with my complaint and they responded more quickly than by phone or email.  And they removed the post from their page.)
