Wigsbuy wig Co They have a return policy they will not honor Internet

I ordered a wig and paid express shipping for 2 to 5 days,did not happen it arrived in 12 days.The color was wrong.The color represented in the ad was totaly different than what I recieved.They want you to notify them within 7 days of something being wrong,I did in less than 24 hours.They ask for pictures of what I recieved and I sent what they requested.I ask for a refund and I was told it was a custom order and they would not refund my money.My next step is Paypal.If you try to print their e-mail to use as evidence for paypal it will not print neither will their website except a low review rating.Ladies please beware of this company.Oh yes my bank would not make the payment they thought they were a fraud,so I turned to paypal.
