Wilbur and Associates in Illinois Demanded over $4,000 from me for damages that I did NOT incur to a vehicle, had my license suspended after agreeing not to. Normal , Illinois

 State Farm turned over an accident claim to Wilbur and Associates when I agreed to assume responsibility for an accident that occurred last winter.

They attempted to ask an astronomical amount from me . I told them I could not have possibly caused the damages they aid I did and asked to see a picture of what they saw.

 They refused and were extremely rude and nasty to  the point that I refused to speak with that agent, and asked for her supervisor. Her supervisor was also extremely rude and nasty and threatened me with suspension. I had to agree to pay even though I did NOT see the damages they said I did to the other vehicle, because I needed my car to drive.

I told them  I was on a fixed income, they told me to borrow from family and friends! I continued to tell them I didn't have the amount they originally asked for...they did go down just a bit, but after I agreed to pay so I could keep my license, they took my money and still suspended my license! I found out because I was stopped by an officier who informed me that I was driving under suspension, thus incurring even MORE fines that has causes me financial ruin, since I can not pay my bills and am on the brink of destruction of all my bills.

Now I can't reach them, they will NOT return my calls and are still taking my money and DID not sign the original agreement we both agreed to.
