I ordered high speed internet from Chad Mills(sales@mybluedish.com).
He told me that his wildblue high speed internet would be beter than the 56kbs speed I had.Said I would get 9Gb of downloads.
After install,I had to sign a two year deal before I tried a download.The pay off for disconnect would be $15 per month.
I called wildblue help line and they said to run some test.I did and they said i had 425kbs speed and that was what i signed up for.
Only problem is I don't get but 43kbs on any download but the test.Downloads as newspaper,bank account,sports,games,updates of software,you tube,e-mail,ect.ect.and when i checked on used download,i found out i have only 7.5Gb before speed drops off.
All I need is for the wildblue company to disconnect the internet and take away the equipment they installed and not charge me anything.
