Had just the right item, at a fabulous price.

I will NEVER shop there again. I succeeded in canceling my order, thanks to American Express.
Customer service at WildDigital is HORRIBLE. They transfer you from person to person, again and again, and you are on hold to music endlessly each time.
They screw up the order. They call you to try to increase your order.

They called me to ask a question -- I took the call live, but was in a meeting, told the guy so, and asked for his name and number. He gave me his name ("Zach") and an 800 number. I read the number back and asked him if I would be connected to him, personally at that number. He confirmed the number was right.

There is no such working 800 number. There is no number at the company anything similar to the number he gave me -- not even close! The customer service folks at the company tell me that no "Zach" works anywhere in the company.

So, that may suggest that your information may become compromised by ordering from WildDigital -- that certainly is my opinion!

Lastly, some research on the internet will reveal to you that this "company" is actually one of several others that have had very, very bad reviews online. Apparently, they simply change their name to a new one, or add a new name, or form a new company, whenever the online flak is too heavy; unfortunately, they remain feeble in their work and service.
