The Wild Wing Cafe in Spartanburg has a history of bad service to its customers and employees. Not long ago, October 2008, the poorly ran cafe had to be shut down due to tax evasion and very poor customer service. The restaurant was re-opened in July 2009 under "new management", however, they are barreling down the same path as the previous management.

Wild Wing Cafe Spartanburg customers all have one thing to say in common, "Great front line personnel with the worst management they've ever seen!" You see Wild Wing Cafe carries a trend of hiring attractive and perky staff, yet in Spartanburg, they treat them terribly and attempt to mold their personalities. Thus tearing down the staffs morale and in turn, ruining the atmosphere and service!

Wild Wing Cafe Spartanburg managers have been known to swear at their employees as loud as they possibly can and sexually harass them. On the other side of the spectrum, WWC Spartanburg managers have told African American customers to leave the premises because "They didn't want their kind!" Also, WWC Spartanburg managers require servers and bartenders to pay the tab of any walk outs. This would seem fair if the WWC spartanburg managers supplied an efficient amount of security to prevent this, however, they have cut their security in efforts to cut costs! Another trait of the "old" Wild Wing Cafe Spartanburg!

Overall, Wild Wing Cafe is completely and utterly mismanaged! Laws are being broken and customers and employees ripped off in this shabby wannabe Cafe!

THIS RESTAURANT HAS POTENTIAL!! LETS BENCH THE MANAGEMENT AND GET SOME REAL MANAGERS ,NOT JUST THE OWNERS KIDS!!
