The Cellular-Blowout.com web site is professional looking and easy to navigate. It was a snap for me to find the unlocked cellular phone I wanted, and the price was decent. It took no time at all to process my order.
Cellular-Blowout.com processed my credit card payment the very same day. But then I never received my phone. I was unable to track it on line as the order does not appear to have been entered.
I have tried repeatedly to contact Cellular-Blowout.com using their online contact form. They never respond back. I have tried calling their listed phone number (818-889-1789), but can not get through to a live person. They offer a FAX number (818-889-5610), but this number is never answered.
I do believe that I have been scammed! I will forward this complaint to everyone interested (Better Business Bureau, Atourney General's Office at the California Department of Justice...). Cellular-Blowout.com's activities must surely be illegal!
