I had a terrible experience buying from Wildwood Guitars through reverb.com. They sent me a damaged guitar case and had me video the case and jump through all sorts of hoops. I realized later that they were stalling so that I could no longer leave feedback. In they end they just stopped replying and dumped the responsibility on reverb.com. Reverb of course offered to cover the loss because they are standup guys.
The same cannot be said for the boys over at Wildwood Guitars. They are cheap time wasting cowards in my opinion. I'm happy to see that most have had a good experience. But felt obligated to share mine which is totally opposite of good selling practice and practical consideration for customer service related issues. The way my inquiry was handled is downright SHAMEFUL.
