Andy Wilkins and Nathan Noble of Wilkins-Noble, LLC are a fraud!!!
Andy Wilkins previously worked for John H. Plummer and Associates. I called Plummer and Associates to have a land survey completed. The secretary told me that Mr. Plummer was not available, but Andy Wilkins could help me. Andy Wilkins told me that Plummer and Associates was too busy, but he could quote the work for me. I thought it was strange, but I figured it would be okay since Andy Wilkins had worked for Mr. Plummer for numerous years and he said that Mr. Plummer was okay with it.
Andy Wilkins and Nathan Noble completed the survey, but they asked me to send the check to a different address than Plummer and Associates. I thought it was strange since he had said that Mr. Plummer was okay with them doing work on the side, but I agreed to it at the time. Andy and Nathan both made it clear that they were licensed surveyors and Mr. Plummer was okay with them doing work on the side.
I recently found out it was all lies since there were numerous problems with my survey. I hired an attorney to see if I had a case. After my attorney researched both individuals, my attorney found a deposition from a suit that Mr. Plummer filed against Andy Wilkins and Nathan Noble. Apparently, Mr. Plummer had no idea that they were quoting work on the side. Andy Wilkins and Nathan Noble admitted to stealing clients and money for several years from Mr. Plummer. My attorney also found out that Nathan Noble does not have a surveying license.
Stay away from these two!!!!! Although Andy Wilkins is licensed in MD, VA, and DE, Nathan Noble is NOT licensed. You will not get quality work from them! They are frauds and liars!

I have been in insurance for 25 years. I have many customers that have used Wilkins & Noble for property surveys, septic issues, and flood surveys. I have never had anything but terrific service and quick accurate responses. The licensing comments are false, Everything they have done has had legal licensing. I have even used them personally on property surveys and septic issues. I recommend them to all.

I wish for a second that everyone would be concerned with what was on there plate. Andy Wilkins and Nathan Noble are two of the best surveyors in the local area. If you were to do 100 jobs in a year, i am sure you will find a small percentage that expected more or wish they would have done something different. If you do not use surveyors regularly i am sure some people expect them to pull off miracles or expect there property to be as large as what POP POP told them it would be. There is a licensed surveyor in the office which is all you need. I am sure when you go to the doctors office the person checking you does not have a PHD. In conclusion, they are two great guys that do great work. I highly recommend them for all your survey work.
