Will Boroski, The Actors Place, LA Summit Management ripoff, fradulent claims to find work in LA and get a SAG agent, DO NOT ATTEND HIS RETREATS IN LA! SCAM ARTIST! Austin Texas

Please, if you are approached by Will Boroski in a chatroom or acting website, do not give this man your money. He takes 12 actors to Hollywood during pilot season and promises to get them work along with a SAG agent. We went with him, along with 20 other people, and he ripped off all of us. His website says he will furnish you with a furnished apartment, personal driver of rent car, acting classes taught by him, a SAG agent who will submit you for projects while you are there, and register you with different background extras casting companies. Some people we went with, especially a woman with a 3 year old child, was put in a studio apartment with nothing in it, not even a TV. He took one of the TV's in our apartment to give to her. All of the other actors had to wait almost 5 days to get a car from him after harassing him about it. When some of the actors asked if he would take them to auditions, he said he didn't have time (by the way, HE was the personal driver). He told everyone to go to Central Casting if they wanted to sign up for extra work. The only work anyone got was from central casting. He said he was submitting us and so was his SAG agent (Starcraft Talent) through Actors Access, but they were not using "THE LINK", they were using the same submission process that you can do yourself if you pay $68.00 for the year. He would not provide any of us with proof of submissions, even though we repeatedly asked. One night, one of the other actors gave an actor in our group an open call audition that she had found, and when Will saw it, he took it from her desk - we all saw him take it. At the end of the meeting, he told her he had an audition for her, and when we told him we saw him take it off her desk, he just denied it and left.

We were suppose to meet with the SAG agent, but never met with her. After an acting workshop one night, he called me and told he that my child was so gifted that the SAG agent had decided she would represent her in Dallas, Austin and LA. When I e-mailed the SAG agent, she said she would never do that because we did not live in LA.
So to summarize, Will Boroski did not:

furnish furnished apartments
have personal drivers
did not get auditions for actors
did not get any work for any actor
did not give advice as a Manager
Lied
did not give acting film classes
get anybody a SAG agent
did not do anything he says he will do on his website.
This is the biggest laugh of all:
He told everyone that he would take us to where they were holding the Oscars and with his contacts, we would be able to actually hold an Oscar in our hands. That day, there were REAL agents coming to the Oakwood scouting for talent, so he sent us on a wild goose chase so we would not be able to visit with these people.

Do not give your money to this man - he is a liar and makes his living scamming people with these retreats. He is not listed with the BBB or as a business in the State of Texas. In fact, the Texas Workforce Commission is looking for him because he claims he owns an acting school (The Actor's Place) and is not certified with the state.
