This online seller/ Craigslist Seller is a complete scammer and has been going at it for quite some time. He almost managed to take me for $550.00 for the fraudulent sale of a Phantom 4 Drone.
Below is a posting of his scam and how it works:
This posting is to protect you from a SCAMMER selling Phantom 4's via Craigslist
He ALMOST got me to send him payment of $550.00 for a great deal on a Phantom 4 package.
The Scam:
1. He'll post an ad that he's selling the DJI Phantom at a great price, but that he's leaving out of town that same evening or next day.
2. He'll agree to a price with you, whatever price YOU request and then he'll insist on Google Wallet for payment. If you request of him to use Paypal ONLY, he'll agree and send you a link to "donate" to the name of "Dontae Reeves"in FL.
The scammer uses a Paypal link too of: paypal.me/saless
BEWARE!
