I signed a contract to purchase a mobile home from Mobile Homes R Us. The agreement was that I would pay a total of $15,000 for the home with a monthly payment of $350. I have lived in the home since around February 2011. Every time I ask Billie how much I owe on the home, he gives the same answer... 24 months. I have paid more than $15,000 for the home and I had it appraised and the home is only worth about $3,000. Billie is asking me to be out of the home by October 1 because I can't make the payment this month due to personal reasons, but according to my calculations, he should owe me money as I have been paying longer than I was supposed to and I know I have paid at least $3,500 more than the contract agreement.
