Bill Becker, William Becker, Whatever, it is the same person you mention in this post and I know this, because I worked for Mr Becker's Companies in New York. Now he calls himself a "PROJECT MANAGER", wins large contracts with over the top presentations,has owned at least over a dozen construction companies and real estate companies,The man even sold Christmas Trees..In any event, the result of every business was the same. He took peoples money, and spent it, and could not pay his vendors, which, who the payments were for to begin with, so, he would have his marketers find more work, meaning more deposits, and use that money to pay minimal amounts to complate projects sometimes over 2 years old. Always robbing Peter to pay Paul. Once the name of one business started to tarnish, he would use another "Clean Corporation", and he has had plenty. NY Corridors, NYC Hallways, New York Corridors Inc,several real estate comapnies in Florida.

Prior to recieving a very large deposit on a new job he was awardered, he was on the verge of bankruptcy. He called all of his vendors and promised to pay them everything he owed,but was out looking for property to build on, stating this check was going to be so large, he can, and will award himself the profit upfront. A letter to that company has been issued privately, so again, he used a new clients money, to pay bills from jobs that were stopped because he spent all the money on himself. Using an AIA billing system, meaning you are paid based on levels of completion of a project, he often ...let me correct that, he always over billed the percentage, billed for materials, yet only paying the vendor a small deposit...Good LORD the list went on and on.Any person looking at his billing can see whats going on...the problem is, nobody really looks at whats going on. The people filling out the billing percentages, rarely, if EVER even see the project.  ONE WOMAN was the only person I knew of caught Mr Becker and beat him at his own game. And that was because she lived in the building, and saw what was going on, repoted it to the board,and stopped all payments untill a full audit was done, which, at this point he probably owes them money.Constant job Leins, Tax Warrants,Bankruptcies. He liked to blame everything on a prior partner...but the truth is, that partner was smart enough to remove himself and is very successful. William Becker is still scamming people. 

I also made the mistake of hiring Bill Becker. There were numerous errors in the incomplete claim he allegedly uploaded, and he was unwilling to correct them. He is at best negligent, at worst a predator. He makes promises to people that he does not keep and deceives people into believing that the claims process is more complicated than it really is. He boasts that he has a "million" dollar program that tabulates the claim, even though that is the role of the claims administrator. He preys on hard working people who are naive enough to trust him.

I was disturbed to read that someone was finding fault with the way we processed and handled their claim.  I was able to discern who the client was based on the accusation.  I am a professional and, therefore, out of courtesy to the individual that showed no courtesy to me, I will not reveal his name.  The person who posted the complaint paid me for one of the two firms that he owns which he was paid by the GCCF a very fair amount.  When he was paid, he requested several documents from me that were unnecessary and required a substancial amount of time for my firm to prepare.  We had agreed to file an additional claim for another one of his companies and we waived the initial fee.  After his request for additional, unnecessary documents I informed him that I was no longer interested in providing FREE SERVICES for this individual.  I hope this sets the record straight.  My firm has represented over 500 clients in the Florida Keys, almost all have been referred to me by satisfied clients.
