After a fire my insurance company (1st American Specialty Insurance Company) sent William Carr's company out to do an estimate of the damage and replacement costs. After doing an estimate (that they sent only to my insurance company) they came out and talked about doing the replacement. The vice president of the company (Robert McMahon) came out and talked with me and told me that they could not do the work at that time because they were too busy. He returned later to show the job site to a cement contractor and said at that time He needed some money. When I asked him how much, he stated he didin't know but would find out. He also said he didn't think he could do the job for the amount of money that my insurance company was willing to pay. Without my permission or a contract (verbal or otherwise) they got blue prints, permits and pured a foundation. They never returned but sent me a bill for "work done up to now". I immediately requested a breakdown of costs, but they never would give me one. I have requested this breakdown or any type supposed contract for 2 years with none forthcoming.
William Carr told the contractors Board and the court that he had a paper with my signature on it. This was to intimate a contract. I finally saw the mysterious paper and it was a promise by them to provide contract information. William Carr has made my life "hell" by causing my insurance company to send me a letter of non-renewal of insurance, causing the architect to put an illegal lien against my property and filing a false small claims case in which he misrepresented the facts to imply that he was entitled to money from my insurance claim even though we had never agreed to any such amounts. During this time his company was also operating without a legal license.
In my opinion This company and William Carr has acted in very unscrupulous manner in trying to collect an illegal debt based on his lack of legal and professional business practices.

This report is unsubstantiated and is only from Mr. Harris's perspective. Unfortunately Rip Off Report alolws these misleading reports to be posted permanently on their web site without confirmation. It is stated on the web site that these reports will not be removed. Rip Off Reports provides a paid service that is promoted on this site to respond to allegations. B&B General Services has declined to be intimated into paying for this service.
B&B General Construction has addressed the issue with Mr. Harris in Small Claims Court as provided by law and the ruling was in B&B General's favor. Mr. Harris has pursued his allegations and B&B General has agreed to mediation without acceptance of guilt or misconduct.
B&B General Construction Services does over 200 restorations a year. Its revenues are over 2 million dollars a year and continues to work closely with several national insurance companies. B&B General is a member of a national restoration construction program. This program manages, oversees and requires quality service for membership.
B&B General Construction is willing to provide CURRENT references. Our continued relationship with 1st American Specialty Insurance is a reference in itself, as we continue to provide restoration services to their insured.
The question is this: How would B&B General Construction Services continue to provide these services for the last 3 years in Southern California successfully if these allegations were true ? Why would Small Claims Court rule against Mr. Harris since Small Claims is really to protect the consumer?

JONES AND THE PROOF WILL BE PRESENT. CHECK THE PUBLIC RECORDS FOR JOENA HARRIS AS WELL. B AAND BE GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INC., HAS NO HISTORY OF DEFECTS OR POOR WORKMANSHIP IN MIRA LOMA.
