Taylor would lure investors in by recounting a current "false" background in investments, commodity brokering. He used a "simulated" investment tool called Investool offered by TD Ameritrade for people to practice investing using fictious trades. The software provided by TD Ameritrade does not identify it as being a "simulator" for training and practice purposes
Taylor was indicted by the Department of Justice and is on his way to a "Grand Jury" hearing, and subsequently on to trial in federal court.
No one knows how many people were "ripped off" by this guy, as most would feed stupid, keep quiet, and just eat the loss!
Taylor is currently with the multi-level company called "WAKE UP NOW" of ironic names. He is being touted by Wake Up Now and a financial genius, serial entrepreneur-having started and sold several financial companies. Every thing about this guy is a lie!

Taylor pleads guilty in federal court

Chuck Taylor plead guilty to a number of counts including "wire fraud". He will sentenced in mid February 2015, at the Eastern District federal court in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
