Short and simple. Has a long history of creating or buying businesses and finding investors who he then separates from their money with no intent or providing the promised return on investment. If you are contemplating an investment with this person you are making a grave mistake. Also known for setting up "Christian" ministries that he uses to collect money from unsuspecting givers only the ministries do not actually exist or soon disappear. As a former corporate attorney knows how to structure these deals so that by the time you find out the real story the money is long gone and hidden behind so many legal entities you will never get to him. He is a master salesman and will have you convinced he is sincere. He has wiped people out financially and left a trail of destruction while holding himself up as a man of the faith. A true sociopath.

Most recently he took money from investors to acquire a 25 year successful marketing business which he ran into the ground within two years during which hundreds of thousands of dollars disappeared. In a last desperate con he sold the business off as "turn-key" territories. This final scam involved taking large cash payments for the purchase of the territories with promises to provide services and collect revenue on behalf of the new owners. Only he forgot the part about handing over the funds collected and instead pocketed the money while not paying vendors leaving the territory owners with no other option but to take legal action and try to find a way to recover their investment. The story goes on with billing scams, lying to customers, credit card fraud, and more.
