Severe Warning to anyone who comes in contact w/ William Mark Brower and all of his aka's! Stay away from him and anyone connected to him! If not, then you will become their next Victims! He is a habitual criminal predator! Ck out FLorida's Dept of Corrections (DOC) his number is R81781. Also look him up in Hillsborough/Pinellas County Clerks office too!
He is on Felony probaton for years because he pleaded guilty to stealing! He stole from us over and over again! But he's back at it again... His current con is Rapid Rent Ready LLC out of St Pete, Fl! Here's his M O- you trust him and then Wham! Before you know it, he has ripped you off and then takes off... Watch out for- Billy, wanting to attempt to come into your life as a gutter cleaner, tree trimmer, junk hauler, pressure washer or any other scam he can come up with to feed his severe gambling problem at your expense... He has been doing this for decades in person and on the internet! He will tell you all kinds of lies and fill your head w/ storiess and promises and try to make you feel sorry for him! Do not buy into it! If you do, then you will pay a severe price!
He has no conscious and only cares about himself! Takes no responsibility for his actions and blames anyone and every one else as to why he is where he is today! Learning no lessons or trying to make any remorse for his criminal behavior! Just trolls for their next victims---Do not be next ! Instaed, report him!

As we said before, he continues to switch gears and now is posing as a Chef in the St Petersburg, Fl area or worse yet, on the internet!
Here's his new game- he tells you he is a gourmet, German cook or whatever else BS and then lies his way into your home/office. He scopes out his victim(s), usually single woemen w/ or without children. He does not care. And then you trust him- lights your home on fire, after he stages it and steals your $$$ and valuables--- No evidence- right! Another O J!
*Can he cook- NO! Does he have a chef's license- NO! Does he have liability insurance- NO! Does he carry work comp-NO! Is he a convicted felon on felony probation? YES! Has he been convicted of stealing over and over again? YES! Has he stolen someone elses identity? YES!!! Posed as an unlicensed Private Invest? YES! Been charged and pleaded guilty to all of these charges- YES!
***He will steal your wallet and then turn around and help you look for it! Just your kind of guy! BTW, if anyone tries to challenge this, they are just as crooked as he is- all thieves ban together- right? Right!
He is a predator in every aspect! He needs to confess all his crimes and enter a treatment program (at the very least) for gambling... Or go to prison for thee rest of his life...
Do not become his next victim along w/ the rest of his band of conning, stealing, manipulating groupies!
