William Meeks Jr. Is a liar & scam artist. I will simply say this. He plays on the vulnerable with lies stating his mom died tragically by his own brothers hands. He then has 2 other people one male and one female that will back up his lies. Ladies be careful. He has no money and should be ashamed of stealing from single mothers. Do not help this man do anything because he will steal from you.
