William Meeks Jr. signed a lease to rent a condo from me.
The deposit was to be $500. Pro-rated rent for the remainder of the month was $550.
Two weeks later he was to pay full month rent of $1100.
William Meeks kept promising payments. Always ended up being lies.
I went to condo to get promised payments.
He was gone and the only thing that remained was an inflatable bed.
I had to change locks and start new tenant process all over.
William Meeks defaulted on the lease.
He now owes approximately $3000 in back rent, locksmith expenses, and cleaning.
He has evictions and a history of stealing money from clients in Texas.
Avoid any dealings with William Meeks Jr.
