William Michael Keever Took my money, then the Company & assets disappeared. Tn. Nashville

Yes, very smooth. Custom blinds & Plantation Shutter scam. He & his accomplice, Scott Littlefield, got me involved in his blind & shutter Company. Flew me to Nashville, picked me up in a limo, tour extravagant office, drive to near Huntsville, Al. to tour new plant turning out blinds & shutters by all new equipment, etc.

We opened a wholesale office in Houston to sell  material to make shutters. Gave him $500k to buy half of the manufacturing Company. About 10 months later, was alerted to check on the Plant. Found out it was closed & all the assets disappeared. Did sell the Distributing Company so my net loss was only $465K. 

I did have alerts that I should have heeded, but my eyes were set only on that big deal where the big manufacturers were going to buy us out for $10 million to put us out of business. That's how they put competition out of business. I know it is true because Keever told me so.

Littlefield was renting a house next to ours. We (actually my Wife & 5 yr. old Granddaughter) experienced a mid-day home invasion. Nobody harmed. My wife still believes it was set up by Littlefield.

Fortunately, it did not ruin me financially. However, it was an expensive lesson.
