William Q Battle 3rd. VENDETTA AGAINST WOMEN WITH STAGE 4 CANCER. Plattsburgh, New York

Here in Plattsbugh new york at hub 129 (Fedex Ground) they have a Trucking Company ran by a husband and wife. They have seven years of service and one million safe miles. One year ago they transfered their domicile from 132 hub (Syracuse n.y.) to 129 hub (plattsburgh n.y.) ran by William q Battle 3rd. Over this year the women who ownes the said Trucking co. was diagnosed with liver cancer. Also over this year this womens Trucking co. has tried to solve poor management problems between hubs 132, and 129. to the point where they had to whistle blow to corporate fedex ground. At this point NOTHING has been done to solve any issue the said Trucking co. submitted to fedex ground. At this point William q Battle 3rd has been on a personal vendetta against this women. As this womens health deteriorates her husband (who drives the truck domiciled in 129- plattsburg n.y.) tried to be with his wife during her bad days, but William q Battle 3rd. will not have this. Mr Battle just keeps hammering this women, (Dont care about your condition you need to tell your husband to run that truck.(per contract) This cancer patient is selling her Trucking co. with the fedex ground contract, with a buyer going through the process William q battle 3rd is doing all he can do to stall the sale. He has contacted the buyer.( watch your back). William q Battle3rd has also submitted a request to fedex ground to terminate this womens contract before the sale. This family is going through a living hell dealing with this womens cancer, but william q Battle 3rd keeps his vendetta alive. Looking at this case, fedex ground should revaluate how their managers are placed and certaintly should take notice of Mr Battle.
