As you can see I have provided you the proof this isn't my word and me just making BS up like some people do, these are all court cases you can look up yourself. Now you can see why I'm posting this public record, William Ryan Woods and his partners do business in a unfaithful and fraudrulent manor. William Ryan Woods has Default Judgements against him in the total amount of 33 Million dollars for not fulling his end of the contract. So if your going into business with this extortionist especially involving any of his developments or projects run, read the cases yourself. I have spoken to the attorney's and debt collector's that are liening all his bank accounts and are closing them one by one. Anyone doing business or a partner should know about this due to his half will get liening and taken. RUN from the fraud, he will go into a contract or agreement with no money but pretends his has millions and will provide a fake POF or bank statement. Don't ever do any realestate business with him at all or his projects run.

.alongng with a myriad of others have attempted to create a slanderous page in order to distract from the multiple reports made on them since August 2015. EFFECTIVELY we found the following parties all had been defrauded
Christina Xxxxx_kansas city mo. Stole $60,000 and promised loans for over 2 years
Anrthony Sxxx_ texas. Stole money and guaranteed a $20m loan not complete but pg"d the loan to get the escrow money
Arvind xxxx_texas. Personally guaranteed a $3m loan to give them a $20m loan to get the escrow money
Jake Sxxxx_LA.promised.a.loan and did not perform for the upfront money.
NXXXX XXXXX. Promised a loan.unperformed
OSCAR XXXX. Loaned the gradneys $75,000 for high return and the series of lies to him are ever growing. No repayment.
Xxxxxx xxxxx. Atlanta ga...used a broker to provide a fake $100m proof of funds and listed him as.a board member.but he isnt
Xxxxx xxxxx. Multiple other parties for $60k here or $300k there in order to further their frauds
This list is partial but illustrates a posting we made and then posted a phone number and pretty quickly all of these folks got in touch with us.
We directed those parties to report their activity to the fbi and to the local district attorneys office. MICHAEL HESTRIN AT 951_304_5400
He is the district attorney for Murrieta Division of the County of Riverside.
For our part I am a minority partner in an entity that entered into a $40m loan with the gradneys and later learned their bank statements and all of their accolades.turned out to be fake. When approached they lied then tried to assert all sorts.of accusations. We posted the reports on them and have now initiated a lawsuit against them and the other parties involved.
As far as their accusations some things happened but everything is related to busted developments and was either settled.suspended.or.dismissed.
